Other features

Cancellations are available only if Name Stories haven't printed your Name Story before your request. If it's already printed you can still make a change but with a fee of $12. If your order is already shipped then there's no option to make a cancellation or changes to your Name Print.
Returns are available only for orders with physical damages during shipping or material flaw. There is also an option to receive the discount for one more order if you made a mistake while ordering a name print.

Shipping & Payments

Shipping is totally free for all US orders. Note that your order needs to be created within 3 days and then you can expect it to be delivered within the next 3-5 business days depending on a shipping method. There are two main shipping options including USPS First-Class and Priority shipping.
